Push Back Pallet Racking System

Push Back Pallet Racking delivers high-density pallet storage with fast loading and retrieval, allowing multiple pallets to be stored in each lane and operated from a single aisle.

World of Shelves Push Back Pallet Racking is a high-density storage solution designed for warehouses that require greater pallet capacity while maintaining fast and efficient handling operations. Multiple pallets are stored within each lane on nested carts or engineered rails. When a new pallet is loaded, the previously stored pallets are pushed backward. When the front pallet is removed, the next pallet moves smoothly toward the aisle for retrieval. The system is operated entirely from a single aisle, reducing the number of access aisles and improving warehouse space utilization compared with conventional selective pallet racking. Push Back Racking typically follows the Last-In, First-Out (LIFO) storage principle and is well suited to facilities storing several pallets of the same product without strict first-expiry retrieval requirements. Each system is engineered according to pallet dimensions, load requirements, warehouse height, lane depth, and material-handling equipment. World of Shelves provides site assessment, engineering design, supply, and professional installation.
